General:

Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, we do. We’ll carry out a site visit or remote assessment and provide a no-obligation quote tailored to your home and needs.

What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Ashford, Kent, and serve all of Kent and the surrounding areas.

Are your engineers qualified?

Absolutely. All our engineers are fully qualified, F-Gas registered, insured, and experienced in both refrigeration and heating systems.

Do you work with homeowners and businesses?

Yes — we install, maintain and repair systems in homes, offices, shops, and more. Whatever your space, we can help.

Heat Pumps:

What is an air source heat pump?
It’s a highly efficient system that extracts heat from the air outside and transfers it into your home. It can be used for heating, hot water, and even cooling in some setups.

What’s the difference between air to air and air to water heat pumps?
Air to Air systems provide heating and cooling through indoor fan units. Air to Water systems transfer heat into radiators or underfloor heating and can also provide hot water.

How long does a heat pump last?
With proper servicing, most systems last 15–20 years or more.

Can I replace my boiler with a heat pump?
In many cases, yes. We’ll assess your property and heating needs and guide you through the options.

Air Conditioning:

Can air conditioning be used for heating too?
Yes. Many modern systems offer reverse cycle technology — meaning they can cool in summer and heat in winter.

Are your air conditioning units noisy?
No — we install high-performance, low-noise units from trusted brands that are designed for quiet operation.

Installations:

How long does installation take?
Some air conditioning or air-to-air heat pump installations can take as little as 1–2 days, however larger projects may take longer — we’ll always give you a clear timeline up front.

Will there be a lot of disruption?
We keep mess and disruption to an absolute minimum. Our team works cleanly and respectfully, and we always tidy up before we leave.

Do I need planning permission for a heat pump?
In most cases, no — air source heat pumps fall under permitted development. However, if you’re in a listed building or conservation area, we’ll help you check.

Servicing & Repairs:

How often should I service my heat pump or air conditioning system?
We recommend a full service once a year. This keeps your system running efficiently and helps protect your warranty.

Do you offer emergency callouts?
Yes. If your system breaks down, contact us and we’ll aim to attend as quickly as possible.

Can you fix systems you didn’t install?
Yes — we repair and service all major brands, regardless of who installed them.
